Just bought a cyclo 400 planter set up for no till at auction this week and have a few questions about it. Can this planter use any shape seed to plant? Also can I run it without the monitor? It didnt come with one at the auction and at the moment I really don't have the funds to buy one since I have 2 tractors that need split to replace the rear main seals this spring. Are there any quirks about these planters that I should be aware of? I know alot of people dont like them because of the seed skips and doubles but some of the farmers I've talked to say that happens when the seed brushes need adjusted. Sorry for all the questions I don't have a manual for it yet. (the planter will be used to no till 60 acres of corn this spring)
