H carb, A rim/weights

Rebuilt my H carb last fall. Has run fine till now. Cranked fine , ran 50 yards and died.Scale had stopped up inlet on sediment bowl. Drained and cleaned, replaced in line fuel filter. Fuel flow is fine, carb bowl is full but it will not start. Any ideas? Also need a source for weighted right rim and weights for my A. Thanks for the help. Chuck
