Found three valves stuck, got two out the other will not move, it is one of the presure relief valves. Put oil in the pump by hand, worked the air out of it and had to spin it at about 150rpm before it would push my thumb off of the presure port. Thanks to all input plus all other forums to direct me to the problem.
