Hank, I have put new sleeves along with new pistons, rings, bearings, etc. Everything matches and fits well together. Also, have put in new valves, springs, guides, seats and had the head reworked. I have put in a new thermostat, new temp gauge, new oil gauge and will change all fluids. The radiator will be boiled out and new anti-freeze put in. The block has been cleaned out and new gaskets installed. I have also put on new brake bands, new spark plug wires, new plugs, condenser, points and coil. I also put on all new battery cables (#1 gauge for 6 volt and a new starter switch. This project was started in January and I now have everything ready to go back in. I am doing everything possible to do this slow and easy to get it right. I will let you know when I get it up and running. I am looking forward to it. Thanks for the advice.
