assuming you now have a belly pump, you need an open center two way valve, hoses and a pipe tee. take one of the outputs for the belly pump, i like the one on the rt side of the tractor, plumb it to the "in" on your two way valve, from the return on the valve , pipe that to the drain hole on the bottom of the belly pump, i use a tee, so i can still have a drain plug. then route your two hoses from the valve to your cylinder. the control rod on the belly pump must be wired back to the full on position, and then your control valves will operate. the system only works with the clutch out as the belly pump is not a live pump.
