You can't have both at the same time, but you probably understand that.
What needs to happen is the flow to the loader needs to be blocked off in order to use the rear remote. A simple shut-off valve in the line to the loader cylinders will achieve that.

The best way to have a rear remote and a loader is to have two separate valves to control them. If you're talking about a letter series tractor with a belly pump, that would be in addition to the liftall valve on the belly pump, because that valve would be used to feed the other two valves.
