I see from your photo that the adaptor fittings are already in your coupler block. The block itself is ORB. The fittings adapt from ORB to JIC 37 degree flare. You will need JIC hose ends. (Sorry, I don't know what size, maybe -6)
FYI, the Dash size system is in 1/16s of an inch. So, a 1/2 inch hose is -8....8/16s which will take an -8 hose end and a -8 JIC. A -6 hose would be 6/16s or 3/8s of an inch.
