Try taking off signal line on hyd pump, unscrew fitting and you will find a orfice-screen this needs to be removed to clean. If you have oil running out when you remove fitting chances are the orfice is clean. Also there is a signal check in priority remote that could broken worn/missing and there is a repair kit for this. There is 2 orfices in casting on hyd pump housing that can cause low or no pressure on these systems.If you have a local Case dealer that has online parts lookup you will find the location of these orfices.
