According to my old Raybestos brake parts book, the '61-'67 130/1300 series uses a 1" wheel cylinder on the front...and the same wheel cylinder is used on 130/1300's all the way back to 1950. The right front wheel cylinder, in Raybestos, is WC-9696; the repair kit is WK-156.
Curiously, this is the same wheel cylinder used on my 1951 and 1952 L-110 1/2-ton pickups. NAPA or another QUALITY auto parts store should be able to cross these numbers over to their own brands; AutoZoo may not have that ability.
