I thought about that also. Serial number tags bearing FS 155402 to FS 155902 were assigned to Field Change-over packages for converting F-12 tractors to F-14. If it were one of those 500 tractors, I would think that the seller would have made a note of that to help sell the tractor. No mention of the serial number was even put in the auction. I never knew for sure if those packages were for the general public or sent to dealers to put on the last of the unsold 1938 F-12`s as the new F-14`s were coming out.
