I have serveral of these plows all in different conditions,when you start messing with things that are 60 years old you better get out the torch. Cut out the center,drill three holes in the new steel and weld it in.If the wheel edge is thin take a 3/8's rod weld it to it bend it around as you go.Cost $5.00 and couple hour's of your time .
