ihave the axle removed from tractor and the hub is removed from the axle.the pin just goes down in the spline in the axle ,it does not go in a hole in the axle.it looks like the pins purpose is to keep the spacer from turning. the spacer has to come off before the axle carrier cap #31 can be removed i need to know if the spacer is pressed on or screwed on .i put it in a press and applied pressure but it didnt move any i need to know if i am going in the right direction
