The only complaint would be the fuel system because of the down draft carb requiring a fuel pump. Like any machine they are only going to be as good as the maintaince they get and and in this case a little more is required in the fuel department. That being said more than 130000 were sold and used extensively with great success. In their day the $525 spent on one was the best value. They were good on fuel and could pull a two bottom plow in light soil. Cheaper, more versatile, and more dependable than the horse they replaced. IMHO
