I am in the process of restoring a 42 A and as the right seat bracket was un usable I purchased a usable IH set on Ebay. Here is the delema the left seat bracket is still usable with the original SE tag that matches the motor SE but it is heavily pitted and the one that came with the set is in much beter condition.Should I swap the tag and use the better one or keep the original bracket as is? Or does any of this realy matter? Thanks for your coments.
