Hi, I have a 1486 and when i push to see what the exhaust gas temp. is on the digital read out it reads around 3000 degrees, I knew this is wrong because I have a performance cummins that would be burnt up at 3000 degrees. So, I disconnected it and it still reads around 3000 degrees. I was wondering if anyone else has had any of these problems with the readout, so i can tell if it is the acutal computer or if it is just the sensor in the head. Sensor at a CaseIH dealer is around 102 dollars, so i was also wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper place to get one.
