No, not yet Hugh. I haven't had a chance to work her yet, but the blade is staying up over several days, and appeared to work fine the little bit I tried it. I took the advice and set the limit screws to prevent over working it. Can play with it a little more tomorrow night and see where we are.
I have to find a wiring diagram for the 67/68 140, the instrument box has been open for years, and the wiring to the light switch isn't right. My book doesn't show my setup (wrong year or something), which has an ammeter, a fuse, a key, a seperate starter button, AND the light switch.
Question, with just the key on (not running), should the coil get hot (not warm, hot)????
