Was it the fix an external fix or did you have to get into the transmission itself? How much were the part and the labor? Were specialized tools involved? How many man hours were involved? This tractor also does not have a cab installed. I believe that what you are saying about one of the forks being broken off sounds about right because it feels like the speed fork just flops around and you just have to hunt and peck and hope you can find the one sweet spot to get it into any one gear.
