About the only difference I know is the number on the serial number plate and on the side of the hood and the compression ratio which slightly raised the hp as follows. The 100 had 6.5 / 1, the 130 had 6.8 / 1, and the 140 had 6.94 / 1. HP was; 100 18.99 db 21.07 belt, 130 21.09 db 23.11 belt, 140 22.18 db 24.27 belt. Harold H

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
