I would clean the points with some 320 wet or dry and then see if it will start. If it still won't start and has no fire. You need to check for battery voltage at the coil with the points open. Should have voltage on both small terminals on the coil. No voltage here check the ignition switch. The feed wire to the switch may be loose, broken or corroded and if there's voltage to the switch and none to the coil when in the on position. Replace the switch. Hal
