Charles: Remove that wish bone, take it to a fabricator, have him add length to both sides. Then have him build you a V frame to attach to tractor frame rails and mount the cup for wish bone ball in the bottom of the V. Every inch you add to that wish bone will only strenghten the front end. I've seen some of them modified and lengthen the wish bone to attach back at clutch housing. That would be super strong. You just have to be sure that wish bone isn't going to strike the oil pan. It may be best to take whole tractor to the fabricator, just so he sees the whole setup and plans accordingly.
