If the parts would fit, someone would've mentioned it by now, and all I've heard about Norden front ends is how hard/impossible it is to locate parts, so it's only logical to conclude that the answer is no.
To take it to a dealer and have the front end swapped is going to cost you several hundred dollars, at least. Shop labor rate is somewhere between $75 and $100 an hour these days if I'm not mistaken. That doesn't include trucking if the shop is more than a few miles away, or the tractor is not drivable.
You don't necessarily need to find someone who has done this before. It's not at all complicated, so all you really need is a friend, a few basic tools, and a decent concrete floor.
If you want to be super-extra-safe, get some treated 6x6 lumber and cut it into 3' lengths for cribbing material. Build yourself a "log cabin" underneath the tractor between the front end support and the bell housing to support it while the front ends are being swapped. It won't be going anywhere.
