I'll tell ya, I had always used Firestone tires on my antique tractors and I like 'em fine. But....I like the idea of buying Good 'ole American Company stuff if I can get it and it gives me a good value. The last 3 tractors I cleaned up and painted for showing and amateur pulling got new Titans...I tried 'em because they were somewhat cheaper than the Firestones....from the same dealer, Millersburg Tire of Millersburg, Ohio who has always given me the best deals I could find. I've put them on a '51 H, a '49 M and a JD G and I like them fine...they look good, they're full size (some other cheapies aren't)with good heavy lugs. I admit they don't weigh quite as much as 151 Firestone Field and Roads size for size, but they're real close. Titan bought the Goodyear farm tire line it's true and I guess they make the Goodyear pattern tires too now. Regardless, Titan made the old Armstrong pattern tires before they got Goodyear and that's the style I like. I buy the 30 degree long bar-long bar design.
