Make sure the float pin is in tight and that your float level is adjusted correctly. The float level can be adjusted by bending the float arm with a pliers. Make sure all gaskets are good and sealing up good. Also make sure the needle is not falling out or stuck down in the carburetor. Also make sure the carburetor is very clean inside and outside and that your adjustments are set correctly.
