You are right about the 3 different styles of rear lights. The red light on top of the white light is often called the "piggyback" light. As far as I know, there is not a reflector in it. The rear combination light with the "tail" light in it does have a reflector. Here's the key though. I bought one in Dayton from OEM Tractor Parts which is really nice. I payed a good price for it, but it was worth it. According to them (and my dealer once I got home), the rear combination swith has been discontinued so expect to pay a good sum for a new light. But, OEM does have the "red jewel" (as their catalog calls it) for the combination light and then also the red lens for the "piggyback light". I hope this helps.
