The guys are correct, there is rod to do a good job and I had a manifold repaired...However...I bought a second H that needed manifold repair so I bought a new manifold..there is no comparison, a new manifold flows better, has no rust or pits to restrict and you have a much better distribution. That tractor runs much smoother than the one with the repaired manifold. A good weld job can be done but it is the condition of the inside of the manifold that you can't see that will restrict a good flow and distribution..my experience
