I've always understood that they were an option. I've had 2 of them and still have 1. What I like personally about the 18.4-34 rubber is how it changes the whole appearance of a 560. 560's have a tendancy to sit lower in the rear than the front, giving them the look of always going uphill. That being said, I suspect the tall rubber would change ground speed and gearing. That didnt affect the usability of the one I had a number of years ago, but then again, that one was turbo'ed. I do recall it really moving in road gear. Perhaps Hugh could address this, but I've often suspected that they might force a gear drop in some situations possibly causing the tractor to be less productive. I'm not sure if it's still there, but a number of years ago, there was a pic of a 560 with tall rubber posted in the tractor photo section.
