When I paint tractors it is to keep the thing from rusting away and to look decent from a distance.
If I were painting a show queen then I would spend more time on them to do a professional job.
My tractors will get scratched, pooped on, and dirty. So a couple of runs don't bother me. I have never seen a run in the paint rust.
Sanded and painted this one in 2 days. The biggest reason to paint this one was to get it the same color, cause a cab came off of it. And there was very little paint left on the top of the hood.
If you don't like the job I did that's fine.
