Mark: Definitely not IH. I suspect it was a factory blade for some make of crawler and modified to fit your Super C. Don't knock it for that reason, IH blades were not much to write home about, definately wouldn't cause your grandmother a trip to the mail box on a day she had no other mail.
I had 2 IH blades, one my dad bought with an H and the other came with a Super A I bought. Today I use a blade I fabricated from the ground up, even rolled the steel for the blade.
All you can do is try it, it could be a great blade.
