Actually, IH made a 1500 series that used the same cab as the 1/2-tons, but they were on [IIRC] 5-lug Budd style wheels with 7.50-20 tires. Loadstar cab was different than the 1500.
So it might be a '66 1500, rather than a Loadstar.
