My tractor is missing the serial tag so I found one on a junker at the junk yard and used its tag. It is a parts tractor, it doesn't have a gas tank so nobody will need a gas cap for it. Find a junk tractor and use it's tag. I don't think they will ship one without the serail number. If that was the case get a bunch of free ones and sell them on ebay.
