There aren't any. No factory specs. They just went till "tight". I just re-did my F-20 and brought the head bolts to 85pounds. Some say this is too much and some say not enough. Felt good and tight to me so I stopped before snapping a stud. I brought my rod caps to 70. Again some say this is too much but it felt right to me. I used plastigage on the rod bearings and kept the clearance at about .002". Haven't started the engine yet ut can turn it over by hand easy enough.
