Hi Daniel, from your photos, your B275 is a later model and has a CAV injection pump same as B414D and MF Perkins Diesels. CaseIH parts calls them a D.P.A. injection pumps. There is a complete break down of parts on the CaseIH parts web site under B414 Diesel. B275 only shows pump and external bits. The inlet is the pipe closest to the starter and there is a filter under that big nut on the inlet of the pump. Look at the CaseIH B414 Diesel inject pump parts web site before you take the nut off the injection pump as there are plungers and springs under that nut.
When you bleed the pump make sure you get fuel coming out the top hole in the injection pump. This is where the governor control resides and it relies on Diesel fuel for lubrication.
Still believe your tractor problems are fuel related.
