I agree that it is probably turning too fast for the impulse coupling to engage properly and that fully advances your ignition. Next time you go to start it with the starter, leave the gas off and listen, you should be able to hear the impulse "click". If there is no click then thats the fault. There has to be a dozen reasons for it so I'm not even going to go into that area. MTF
