For the implement to go up level, all three pivot points on the tractor have to be on a flat plane, and all three pivot points on the implement have to be on a parallel plane.
For example: If the top link pivot on the C is 16" above and 4" behind the pivots for the lift arms, then the top link pivot on your platform MUST be 16" above and 4" behind the lift pins on the platform. AND AND AND all three arms must be the exact same length.
This is a common problem even on factory 3pt hitch setups. The top link bracket is always a little bit behind the lift arm pivot points, and the three points on the implement are all in a vertical plane.
