504 questions

I have IH 504, no manuals and not much knowledge about the tractor. I can not find any references to a 504 so if someone could guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Some of my questions are
1) how many horsepower
2) there is 2 levers where the three point lever is what does the outside one do.
3) I can not get the power-take-off to stop is there just a yoke inside? how to fix?
I will start with that.
