Andy: It's very close to same engine as the gas starts. It was built by IH in Doncaster from about 1952, for the European market. The Super BMD also has a factory 3 point hitch. The British models never had an MTA, and unlike our Super M the Super BMD was in production until about 1960, then it bacame the B-450, basically same tractor with M type sheet metal until mid 1960s.
