I normally do not run my tractors much when it is cold, my body likes the cold even less than the tractor. Anyway my B always starts without a choke in the summer, I started him the other night at 20 degrees. It like yours turned over a little, fired, did not think it was going to start, had to choke it quite a bit more than I thought I should, but it finally started, still had to run at 3/4 choke for about 45 seconds to a minute and I never have to normally do that, then he ran like the little trooper he always is,as was stated, you might need to choke more. good luck.
