Unless I'm mistaken the M uses the same setup as the smaller Farmall's of that era and does not have a dipstick. You should find a pair of small valves on the side of the oil pan. One will be slightly higher than the other. If it runs out of the bottom one and not the top one you should be good to go. tractorsam
