got this little 240 about field ready, having some issues with the fast hitch. on the down cycle, it lowers real good and makes a bold statement, i have the back blade mounted on it. when raising the hitch, some time it will not go up, i can hear the engine labor on the pump. if you lower the hitch and then raise it, it will come up. seems to raise a lot slower than it drops. i checked the linkage going to the spool valve, it has good travel in both directions. i also changed the hydraulic fluid and cleaned the filter screen. old fluid was fine, no dirt or goop. looks like there are some adjustments according to the manual for the hydraulics. was thinking on flipping the hydraulic hoses going to the hitch and see if it reverses the problem. any ideas?? in the down position, it will lift the rear of the tractor, so its got good pressure, and the blade will stay hanging if the hitch is up, doesnt creep down.
