My M running a 28000 watt generator will use about 1.8 gal per hour.It runs about 3/4 open to maintain 120 volts so it really isn't a fair test. All I know dumping 5 gallon cans of gas in it while standing on ice is no fun. I have tried a SH on it but it isn't horse enough. I once put a G deere on it and you could see it fire in the incadesant bulbs,Dad always said 2cyl tractors would tear up the chain in an elevator.
