If it where my tractor I would fill the cylinders with tranny fluid. Let it sit a few days, pull the plug back out, always put them back in to keep dirt etc out. Turn over the engine with the plugs out to clear the ATF, start it up and run it for an hour or so. If it was stuck rings doing that will help a lot. You can also put about a pint of ATF in the oil and a QT. into 5 gal. of gas all will help slow/stop the smoking and also clean up the engine. I use ATF because if cost less then half of the price of MMO and does the same thing
