You can't directly post here. Instead, you tell YT where your picture exists on the web. This means you need a website to store it on, or use a freebie service like Photopoint that allows you to post pictures on the web via their site.

Then, you put the URL location in the box at the bottom of the posting window called "optional image url" and add your comments in the "comments" window.
