Roger: Interesting to see your comments on a model 62 combine. I remember hand cranking ours many times and it was,as I remember, a 113 cu engine or as we refered to it as a "C"(or B) unit. Of course this was a long time ago to remember. It would be nice to see some old combine manuals as I also remember a smaller (cub?) engine was also available for those old combines. Our main consern back then was to get the field work done and not spend time looking at engine numbers so it would be nice to check that out again...... harvey

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights. The garden was already sprouting when we hooked up the mid-mount shovel cultivators to the Pony.
