You people up north need to understand something. The climate here in the south is very brutal, humidity is very high all times of the year, 50 to 60 inches a rain a year helps put rust on anything not kept under a shed. The tractor is 40 years old or more, things need to be replaced! The T/A being replaced after 1700 hours was not uncommon down here.
Give the guy a break and quit nit-picking everything, he just wanted a price, not to be preached to.
BTW, if you look close enough you can see the inside tire, and if you read his discription he says"the INSIDE back tires have rear weights on them".
