I split the case of the pump. I used a pick to get the O-ring out, it is a little worn. The shaft has minimal wear, I guess I will try to rebuild it and see what happens, looks like it should be ok though. That weird looking spring/gasket was very worn as well. Looks like I can get those parts still according to the caseih web site - hopefully they have the kit and I can replace everything that can be replaced. I will try the local dealer tomorrow.
