Are you saying plenty of gas to the carb or to the engine, two different things. What happens if you choke it when you try to get the RPMs up more?? Also does it have a good white/blue spark?? Also does it have true wire plug wires of does it have auto type plug wires? Can you adjust the main jet to the point that you get black smoke?? If not then you may have missed something in the carb which is easy to do
