This includes the ditch or other area between your property line & the actual driving surface. A lot of people got into trouble by not cleaning up what they spilled & left on the road. If an inattentative driver loses control by hitting a lump you left, or worse yet, hits you while plowing, you are automatically ONE HUNDRED PERCENT LIABLE for all damages, plus there is a criminal fine added.
