I am working on my neighbor"s H. It is in great shape, but it wasn"t running and he isn"t mechanically inclined. The battery had been froze last winter. New battery and it starts great . I noticed the throttle rod from the control to under the hood wasn"t routed through the hole in the cast piece. This caused the rod to bind and not work correctly. I took it apart and put the rod through the hole . The part that is between the springs on the rod under the hood is badly worn as well as the other linkages. Are any of these parts available, or do they have to be bushed/made? Thanks Ken Nicklas
