Most average pullers won't work,but if you have one that will the 450 steering wheel has 2 bolt holes that can be used with a puller for pulling steering wheel. If steering W. is a through away the plastic can be knocked off and hub heated or carefuly cut off from shaft. Recomend you loosen shaft collar and in front of U joint and slide shaft to rear some before doing that. Also after sliding shaft to rear some and with plastic removed from hub some pullers will work by catching behind hub.
