The early (M) and late (SM) Lift-alls have the same operating features except the late ones are live. They are both single acting. The three ports on the SM reservoir provide real time and delayed lift for cultivators. The M Lift-all has the same features.
To add another circuit, an IH remote valve is plumbed into the pressure line several feet from the distributer pump. You can also install an aftermarket 4-way (A and B ports plus supply and return) valve off the top port at the back of the reservoir. The Lift-all has a small tab near the lever entrance to the reservoir. When the tab is rotated, this locks the lever in the rear position and allows for continuous flow to the aftermarket valve.
I made no reference to the belt pulley because it does not figure into anything hydraulic. You can install one or not.
